I want to share with you some books and websites that I think are very important and beneficial:

Green for Life by Victoria Boutenko. A delicious strategy for boosting nutritional levels based on the diet of our closest relatives, the chimps. For those who seek to move from the standard American diet into a healthier lifestyle.

Pain Free: A Revolutionary Method for Stopping Chronic Pain by Pete Egoscue. From the back cover: "Starting today, you don't have to live in pain. Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction: The Trigger Point Manual by Janet Travell and David Simons. This is what I base a lot of my massage on. This two-volume set describes each muscle, where trigger points refer pain to, what activates specific trigger points, diagnosis, and how to eliminate the trigger points with trigger-point therapy and corrective actions, such as remedying posture and activities.

www.livingyouryoga.org. A wonderful website by a local yoga teacher, Aparna. She shares so much in formation on yoga philosophies, poses, meditation recordings, yoga youtube videos, and much more.

www.sivananda.org. A website devoted to Sivananda yoga, this discusses the five principles of yoga (proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet, and positive thinking and meditation.
